We got back a week ago from our annual trip to St. George. Scott was in meetings all day but the girls and I managed to get some fun in. It was so great to have wonderful warm weather to enjoy. It snowed and rained most of the week at home while we were gone. Our first evening there we didn't know if the girls were going to be able to sleep they were so excited to be someplace new. Sydney kept running around the room so excited about life.
We were able to go to Zion National Park for one afternoon between Scott's conferences. We found it's a bit difficult taking a stroller "hiking".
I think Scotty and the girls look cute in this picture, though Aubree can be a little stubborn when it come to taking her picture. Sometimes she'll pose and do what I ask and other times she just looks away.

The City of St. George had a new town square with some really fun water features that the girls loved playing in. Aubree was having a blast jumping from rock to rock and Syd kept bending over, getting a little water on her hands and then trying to drink the water....a little gross but she was having a great time.
I thought Syd looked particularly cute in this photo.
Both Aubree and Sydney enjoyed playing in the fountain.
One evening we were able to visit the visitor's center at the St. George Temple and take a little family photo. Overall it was great to get away for a week. Aubree is still talking about our "new home" in St. George, I hope she's not too disappointed when we don't go back for another year.
